My Heart an Soul Are Country When I was little i had these dreams of being in the country.Warm fresh air flowing all around me.Fields an fields of tall grasses as far as you could see.The sky a beautiful blue.I never knew my father until my mother past away which gave me the chance to locate him.Thats when I found out why I had those dreams when I was little.He was born an raised in Oklahoma,an part of my heritage is Native American.He grew up to be a real cowboy. He road the ranges an strung bobbed wire fencing from Navada,Wyoming an Iowa. Some may say I'm a little crazy,but I believe even though I was little an never met him until later in my life I was with him in some way. As time went on I became so drawn to the scenery of my country drives that I moved from the city to the country.
I grew up in a small town but traveled everynow an then with my mother to larger towns with all the crowdedness. It amazed me to see the big buildings an power plants that crowded the streets. I wondered how all those people could breath with the air being so thick with smog.
The peaceful days an beautiful quiet nights of the country have stolen my heart an soul forever.
