I'm a 48-year-old divorced mother of a college-age daughter with a horse farm and a career as a paralegal. Honesty is very important to me. I am a practical, down-to-earth person who dislikes drama. I'm fair-minded, I don't play games and I don't cheat. I don't have any emotional baggage and am not high maintenance. I'm not jealous or possessive.
I have brown hair, green eyes and am curvy but well toned. I laugh a lot, take care of (lots!) of animals, read (westerns, science fiction, mystery, nonfiction), and curl up on the couch to watch movies. I'm mostly a homebody but I like to go on spontaneous short trips to hike, camp, fish, or lay on the beach. I'm somewhat adventurous and open to trying new things. I'm loyal, stubborn, independent and proud but I won't deliberately hurt your feelings or try to make you feel less than a man. I enjoy the differences between male and female viewpoints. I love to discuss different ideas but I don't have to win an argument; I can agree to disagree.

I'm looking for a man with honesty, integrity and honor. A man with a sense of humor and who is confident in himself. Intelligent, well-educated, financially stable and with a good work ethic. Someone respectful and who doesn't like drama. I'm not ---- up on externals; I’m more concerned with substance.
Since my divorce is recent, I'm looking for companionship more than a serious relationship, but who knows? You could change my mind. The only baggage from my divorce regards drunkenness; it's a deal breaker. The first time is the last time. Social or occasional drinking is fine and I will join you; just don't lose control. Drug use and criminal activity are obvious deal breakers. I would prefer a non-smoker but occasional smoking is OK if you don't mind smoking outside. I hate the smell of stale cigarette smoke.
