I've always been a country girl at heart, love all the wide open spaces in our beautiful country. Have lived here in the Redding area for 14 years. I like to go camping,fishing,the beach,love boating and the water. Enjoy cuddling by a warm fire on a cold winter day, sipping wine and good conversation or a good movie. I like to cook, but want the interaction of my partner while in the kitchen. I am a strong woman with opinions all my own. I don't want to be stifled and told what to do. I have a mind of my own and can carry on an intelligent conversation. Accept me for who I am. We all have had our hurts and joys, its what has made us who we are today, and I'm happy with me and want someone that won't try to change me. I, in return won't try to change you. I am definetly not interested in a work a holic. A job is important, but more important is the balance between your job and your homelife. I am not into freeloaders. If you don't have your own solid income, don't bother. I am NOT interested in someone who sits around all day drinking beer and watching tv or playing video games. I am way more comfortable in jeans and a t shirt than getting dressed up to go. (Thats not to say I won't, I just prefer casual!) I have 3 dogs who are very important to me so you MUST be a dog lover. I love almost all types of animals, so bring em on!! I drink occasionally/socially. I smoke BUT....am currently trying to quit, its for my own good health. I have some pounds to loose, but am taking control of that and have joined a gym. But if body image is ALL you can see in a person, then you aren't for me either. Life is too short now to waste it. I love to travel, but I want someone to share that with. I like to do all kinds of things, I'm an adventurer. But its no fun doing it alone. I want my partner to be my best friend. Someone who I can completely trust with my deepest feelings, fears, concerns. I want this next person in my life to be the ONE..for the rest of my life!
