I lived on 24 acres in the country had a house built. The quiet was so soothing, I was never afraid and always slept with the windows open in the Spring. until it got cold. I had a garden with everything in it, horses, cows. I also ride so it wasn't hard to find quiet spots to take the horses. I could hear the Racoons in the creek talking to their babies, bobcats and their cubs. had my own fishing hole, caught huge bass and the other was full of catfish. It is a life some people never get to experience but they should just once before they die.
